Francis’ abortionist friends – and President Macri’s sorry reception. “Tell me who your friends are…”

There was consternation in the media due to the coldness demonstrated by Francis when he received the Argentine president, Mauricio Macri, on Saturday, February 27. Normally, cordiality is the norm for a diplomatic encounter, although there may be differences between the parties involved; this is basic protocol…

However, the truth is that in his peculiar manner, Francis allowed the encounter to wrap up without proffering a single smile to the president, in sharp contrast with the amiability, affability and overflowing kindness with which he had received Cristina Kirchner — a declared Peronist, and therefore an accomplice of the Bergoglian social ideology — when she held the position of President, without mentioning other chiefs of State such as Evo Morales, José Mujica or Raúl Castro.

Evo Morales. He affirmed that in his three encounters with the pontiff, Francis always said: “‘Evo I support you through my prayers, through my blessings. Continue with your work’. This expression of his caught my attention and s I said, ‘now I have a pope’” (TeleSUR, July 10, 2015)

José Mujica. He legalized abortion, homosexual unions and decriminalized marijuana. According to Lombardi, Francis affirmed that he was “very pleased for having met with a wise man.” (Buenos Aires Herald, June 2, 2013)

Some have affirmed that the reason behind this attitude would be to demonstrate rejection for the attitudes shown by Macri in relation to the abortion issue in previous epochs. But has Francis by chance converted into a pro-life paladin? Not likely. Recently, when eulogizing the Italian abortionist Emma Bonino, Francis affirmed that, “we have to look at people, at what they do”, qualifying her “among the greatest names of Italy today” (Interview with Corriere della Sera) [1]

Meanwhile, a recent news item from Argentina affirms that Francis sent a rosary to an indigenous syndical leader Milagro Sala, detained “on charges of fraud, extortion and illicit association” (The Guardian, February 10, 2016). With this gesture, Francis apparently wishes to join forces with the diverse movements who see her detention as “the criminalization of social protest”, such as the Argentinian abortionist group “Católicas por el derecho a decidir [Catholic women for the right to decide]”, who took up the defense of the corrupt Milagro Sala (Message, January 26, 2016).

Milagro Sala. Kirchenist leader, abortionist and defender of ideology of gender. She was imprisoned by the State for fraud, illicit association and extortion. Francis sent her a rosary.

Sala does not declare herself to be Catholic as Christ taught, but rather “in my own way”, she wrote on Facebook, from prison. She added that she “believes in the traditions of our grandparents. We always performed ceremonies…we invite the chamanes [witch doctors] …in the Temple of Kasasaya, in Tiwanaku, which we constructed in the neighborhood.” Sala doesn’t stop there: “When visiting Pope Francis for the first time, I told him that I was sick of the Church…for all the evil that the Church has done…ever since the conquest…constructing temples over our sacred temples, as in Cuzco” (Facebook – Reflections from prison, February 14, 2016).

Could Francis possibly have forgotten that this woman is not a Catholic, but rather a defender of human sacrifices performed in the “sacred temples”, which were subsequently overtaken by the Catholic churches? Why did he send her a rosary as a gift? By any chance does he wish to relive the Inca and Aztec carnages, in honor of Viracocha, Pacha Mama, Huitzilopochtli or Quetzalcoatl?

The organization founded by Sala, called “Tupac Amaru”, organizes, among other activities, the “Woman’s van”. Besides offering reproductive “counseling”, it also installs abortive devices free of charge among the underprivileged population. (see: tupacamaru.org.ar).

There is more: Sala’s organization defends “Sexual diversity”. Consequently, it organized a “National Encounter of Lesbian, Gay, Transvestites, Transsexual, Transgender, Bisexual, Intersex and Queer” in the neighborhood, promoting parades, simply impossible for a Catholic priest to describe. Along with this show of impudence, Sala declared: “we are very happy”, with the 20 vehicles carrying people demonstrating their immorality, adding that “there is nothing and no one that can make us bow our heads” (note by tupacamaru.org.ar).

Francis sent a rosary to this woman…how moving! Yet he despised Macri…a rejection that has nothing to do with the abortionist position of this politician. We do not wish to defend the many aspects worthy of rejection that this president has, but why such double standards on Francis’ part?

When Francis received the aforementioned president of Uruguay, Mujica, who had legalized abortion, Lombardi affirmed that after an audience of 45 minutes, Francis was “very happy to have met a wise man” (Fondazione Mediterraneo, June 1, 2013).

So according to Francis, a “wise man” is one who legalizes abortion, approves homosexual unions and opens the path for the legalization of drugs? And a “wise woman” is one who freely offers abortive devices to poor woman, as well as promoting all kinds of behavior contrary to Catholic morality? How different is this “wise woman” from the one praised by the Holy Spirit in Sacred Scripture: “her value is far beyond pearls” because she “brings…good, and not evil, all the days of her life… She is clothed with strength and dignity.” She is a woman who “fears the Lord” (Prov 31). On the contrary, Sala does not fear the Lord, but rather the chamanes; she does not produce good, but rather promotes “gender diversity” and abortive practices.

Is this woman, along with the Italian abortionist Bonino, the “strong women” who Francis so admires? And the abortionist president Mujica is considered “a wise man”, while Macri is despised because his political and economic positions are contrary to socialism…Argentinian commentators say that it is due to the Francis’ Peronist sympathies; populist Peronism combated by the current leader.

A naive observer might affirm: “It’s because Macri wasn’t accompanied by his legitimate spouse…but rather with the third…like the Samaritan…” This is ridiculous, for it has been commented that contrary to Vatican protocol — which until last week demanded that concubines not be received publicly — Francis had no difficulty in receiving the Argentinian First Lady as though she was the true wife of the president…and she, curiously, was not ashamed to offer him some smiles. Moreover, let us not forget that recently in Mexico, Francis greeted four family representatives during the so-called “Meeting with Families”: two ‘real’ families, one of which had demonstrated 50 years of marital fidelity, and subsequently a single mother who voluntarily declared to “fornicate during adolescence, ending up pregnant on various occasions during my life” (Catholic World Report, February 16, 2016). Could we call this a ‘Christian family’? Not even a natural “family”! We have no idea how many men she “fornicated” with, without attempting to establish a marriage in order to found a true family with any one of them. After this, Francis embraced a concubine couple who had persevered in sin for the past 16 years, without any preoccupation for the situation of the three children born of the first legitimate marriage of the woman; this “couple” unabashedly declared that “It’s marvelous to have a marriage and family in which God is in the center” (Catholic News Service, February 15, 2016)

But Francis is not preoccupied about any of this; neither the cynicism of the concubines who claim that “God is in the center”, nor the fact that Sala prefers the chamanes to the Virgin Mary.

Francis was not preoccupied by the approval of the law in Italy permitting homosexual unions, affirming on his flight back from Mexico: “I don’t remember very well the 2003 document of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. But a Catholic in Parliament must vote according to his or her well-formed conscience’ (In-flight press conference, February 17, 2016). In reality, this document — which he claims to not remember very well — signed by the former Prefect of the Congregation, Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, affirms that it is worrying to observe “those countries that have granted or intend to grant – legal recognition to homosexual unions, which may include the possibility of adopting children” (July 31, 2003).

Ratzinger further declared:

When legislation in favor of the recognition of homosexual unions is proposed for the first time in a legislative assembly, the Catholic law-maker has a moral duty to express his opposition clearly and publicly and to vote against it. To vote in favor of a law so harmful to the common good is gravely immoral” (Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Considerations regarding proposals to give legal recognition to unions between homosexual persons, Joseph Card. Ratzinger, Prefect, June 31, 2003).

But Francis was so unpreoccupied with this topic, that he did not even remember the document. (see note 2)[2]

What is the Bergoglian morality? “Tell me who your friends are and I’ll tell you who you are”, goes the well known saying (see note 3 ).[3]

And it isn’t the case to state that Jesus himself associated with tax collectors and prostitutes, for he did so with the intention of helping them to change their lives: “Do not sin any more” (Jn 8:11); “your sins are forgiven.” (Lk 7:48) because “she has not ceased kissing my feet (Lk 7:45); and to the tax collector He said, “Follow me. And he got up and followed him” completely abandoning his past life (Mt 9:9). When Jesus Christ criticized the Pharisees for their incredulity affirming that “the tax collectors and prostitutes are entering the kingdom of God before you”, it wasn’t because they were tax collectors and sinners, but rather because they had repented of their sins with the preaching of John the Baptist. Thus, Jesus alerted the Pharisees: “Yet even when you saw that, you did not later change your minds and believe him” (Mt 21:32). Until this point we have not heard of any such conversion from Bergoglian preaching…and he opened wide the doors of mercy!

Everything indicates that the main problem is that President Macri, according to Francis’ concept, is a “great sinner” because his economic politics are not regulated by the socio-communist dictates that are in vogue in certain countries of South America to Bergoglio’s evident delight, but what is worse — and this for Bergoglio is “the abomination of desolation” — he is nothing more or less that a neo-liberal! And that is a sin that cannot be forgiven. And that is why Francis publically despises him …while at the same time he unites together with abortionists and the like without demanding that they repent.

From Rome for The Denzinger-Bergoglio

Notes:

[1]: For Francis, the Church runs the risk of “losing the freshness and the perfume of the Gospel” if we continue to insist about subjects like abortion and homosexuality (see here).

[2] The conclusion of this document is very clear:

CONCLUSION

  1. The Church teaches that respect for homosexual persons cannot lead in any way to approval of homosexual behavior or to legal recognition of homosexual unions. The common good requires that laws recognize, promote and protect marriage as the basis of the family, the primary unit of society. Legal recognition of homosexual unions or placing them on the same level as marriage would mean not only the approval of deviant behavior, with the consequence of making it a model in present-day society, but would also obscure basic values which belong to the common inheritance of humanity. The Church cannot fail to defend these values, for the good of men and women and for the good of society itself.

The Sovereign Pontiff John Paul II, in the Audience of March 28, 2003, approved the present Considerations, adopted in the Ordinary Session of this Congregation, and ordered their publication.
