One of the most recent gestures was the only officially recognized audience granted in the Nunciature of the United States, “with one of his former students and his family” (News.va).
Family? In reality his homosexual partner, seemingly accepted as something entirely normal.
While Francis subtly modifies the ideas of Catholics with his expressive gestures, his method in the doctrinal field – at the moment… – appears to consist in deliberately omitting the task of the integral transmission of the deposit of truth, fitting to the Vicar of Christ. For example, in number 68 of Laudato Si’, Deuteronomy (22, 4.6) is cited, though verse 5, which would be uncomfortable for the homosexual ideology, was deliberately taken out. ‘A woman shall not wear an article proper to a man, nor shall a man put on a woman’s dress; for anyone who does such things is an abomination to the Lord, your God.’
68.This responsibility for God’s earth means that human beings, endowed with intelligence, must respect the laws of nature and the delicate equilibrium existing between the creatures of this world, for ‘he commanded and they were created; and he established them for ever and ever; he fixed their bounds and he set a law which cannot pass away” (Ps 148:5b-6). The laws found in the Bible dwell on relationships, not only among individuals but also with other living beings. “You shall not see your brother’s donkey or his ox fallen down by the way and withhold your help. […] If you chance to come upon a bird’s nest in any tree or on the ground, with young ones or eggs and the mother sitting upon the young or upon the eggs; you shall not take the mother with the young” (Dt 22:4, 6). (Laudato Si’)
Yes, but in the meanwhile, the Vatican had no qualms in declaring that Francis’ greeting with Kim Davis in the Nunciature of Washington “should not be considered a form of support of her position” (Vatican Radio) Of course not! Since “the only real audience granted by the Pope at the Nunciature was with one of his former students and his family” (sic!). (Vatican Radio)
A coincidence or a calculated systematic methodology of gestures and omission of the true doctrine? Between the ideology that reigns currently in the Vatican and the bimillenary teachings of the Our Lord Jesus Christ and his Church, what should a faithful Catholic do? And what should a minister of God do? In his last in-flight press conference, Francis defended conscientious objection as a true human right that nobody may contest: “I can say conscientious objection is a right, and enters into every human right. It is a right, and if a person does now allow for conscientious objection, he or she is denying a right. Every legal system should provide for conscientious objection because it is a right, a human right” (Vatican.va)
As Catholic priests of Christ, obliged in conscience to follow his teachings, we wish to remember once again what the Sacred Scripture, the Magisterium of the Church, the Fathers and Doctors of the Church and Saints, have always taught us about the sin of homosexuality. Enter into the Denzinger-Bergoglio…
The Catholic Church views as sinful any sexual act not related to procreation by couple joined under the Sacrament of Matrimony.
Thanks to the Fathers of Denzinger-Bergoglio! You are among the few handful speaking up for the truth!
‘the few speaking up for the truth’
The worst part is that even the ‘traditional Catholic’ sites don’t put things as clearly as they should when not a day passes by without the most shameful scandal.
Scandal galore…
